Casa da Ínsua's jams have been produced since the 18th century on its 3 hectares of Bravo de Esmolfe, Golden and Starking apple varieties orchards. In addition to apple jam, raspberry, pumpkin, strawberry, pear and tomato jams are also produced at the Doçaria, among many others, delicious to accompany a wide variety of desserts and traditional dishes.
