If you find a lower price within 24 hours of booking, for the same hotel, on the same dates, for the same room type and under the same payment, guarantee and cancellation conditions:
Our team will check whether the price is still available online and whether all the above conditions apply. If so, we will change your booking by assigning the price found on the other site and adding a 5% discount.
Terms & Conditions:
- Our Best Price Guarantee applies to publicly available prices on www.montebelohotels.com.
- Our Best Price Guarantee excludes: prices negotiated with companies, groups, associations, travel agencies, other entities or employees of Montebelo Hotels & Resorts. Also excluded are special prices such as, but not limited to, special offers, programs and extended stay prices. Parador Casa da Ínsua is also excluded.
- The Best Price Guarantee claim must be accompanied by the booking number made through our website, as well as by the indication of the site where you found the best price and a print screen of the offer in question, within 24 hours after the reservation was made.
- The Best Price Guarantee applies to bookings for the same hotel, same dates, same room type and same rate with the same payment, guarantee and cancellation terms. The claimed price must be available for booking at the time our team is verifying its accuracy. Otherwise, the price available at that time will apply.
- The original booking must allow for cancellation or modification free of charge at the time of claiming.
- When the Best Price Guarantee claim concerns a booking of two or more consecutive nights (for the same hotel), the Best Price Guarantee applies to the price per night and not to the total price of the stay.
- If the price on the other site is displayed in a currency other than that on www.montebelohotels.com, the Montebelo Hotels & Resorts team will convert the price to the same currency shown on www.montebelohotels.com at the time of the original booking.
- After price conversion, Montebelo Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to decline the claim, especially if the price difference results from the fact that the two sites use different exchange rates.
Montebelo Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to change the conditions or terminate the Best Price Guarantee at any time and without any prior notice.
